We're committed to making you happy! If you are not completely satisfied you may return any unused product within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund. All returns MUST be accompanied with an original invoice or receipt and a Return Authorization number, which can be obtained by calling (800) 479-7165.
Please return your package freight prepaid to: Torch Wear ® 2374 Edison Blvd., Twinsburg, OH 44087 Attn: Returns Department. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.
Exceptions to our 10 day return policy will be considered on a case by case basis. Torch Wear® reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any returns where the packaging or the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped to the buyer.

Manufactured by Oakley, Torch Wear Safety Glasses comply fully with the industrial standards of performance and protection
defined by ANSI Z87.1-2003. Even in clear form, our Plutonite® lens material inherently blocks 100% of all UVA, UVB, UVC and harmful blue light. Torch Wear Safety Glasses also utilize patented XYZ Optics® to maintain precise clarity at all angles of view, even at the sides of raked-back lens contours that maximize peripheral vision and protection.

- DO NOT make any modifications to this Product.
- DO NOT use this Product for paintball or simulated combat activities.
- DO NOT use this Product for protection against laser light.
- DO NOT use this Product in an industrial setting without referring to ANSI Z87.1-2003, or a safety specialist to ensure that you are wearing adequate protection. Some operations may require machine guards, face shields, special filter lenses, or other safety equipment.
- DO NOT wear this Product over standard ophthalmic eyewear as it may transmit the impact of high-speed objects, thus creating a hazard to the wearer.
- Protection devices are not unbreakable. They DO NOT provide protection against severe impact such as that which may result from an explosion or from fragments ejected during activities such as grinding or the use of abrasion wheels.
- Tinted lenses offer limited protection against sun glare and other strong light sources. DO NOT use this Product for operations that expose your eyes to harmful levels of optical radiation such as burning, cutting or welding with torches, electric (arc) welding, furnace or molten metal operations, or glass blowing.
- Protective devices do not provide unlimited protection. Eye and face protective devices are not substitutes for machine guards
- or other engineering safeguards. Personal eye and face protective devices alone should not be relied upon to provide complete protection against hazards, but should be used in conjunction with machine guards, engineering safeguards and controls, and comprehensive safety practices.
- Exposure to or contact with chemical vapors or liquids may cause surface cracks or other damage to this Product.
- Examine this Product frequently and replace it immediately if there is any sign of damage, weakness or abnormality.
- Materials in this Product that may come into contact with the wearers’ skin are not known to cause allergic reactions.
- Use only genuine replacement lenses on this product (Torch Wear Safety Glasses ANSI Z87+ or Z87 +S).

- The lenses of Torch Wear Safety Glasses are specially treated with coatings for scratch resistance.
- DO NOT clean the lenses with soaps, detergents, ammonia, alkaline cleaners, abrasive cleaning compounds or solvents, as these substances may damage or reduce the impact resistance of the lenses.
- To clean, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Blot dry by gently pressing the lens between the folds of the included Microclear™ storage bag, or use a soft cotton cloth.
- Never rub the lens when dry. Dirt particles may scratch the lens.
- Should a lens become scratched, replace it immediately to ensure your vision is not compromised.
- The frames of Torch Wear Safety Glasses can be cleaned using lukewarm water and mild soap.

All Torch Wear Safety Glasses are warranted against breakage due to defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Torch Wear Safety Glasses / Oakley Dealer. Neither Torchrr Enterprises nor Oakley warrants any lens against scratches. Alteration, misuse or abuse of any Torch Wear Safety Glasses product will void its warranty. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. NEITHER TORCHRR ENTERPRISES NOR OAKLEY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT,
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Legal rights under applicable national law
governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty. |
