We're committed to making you happy! You can return all or part of your order within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund. All items MUST be returned in their original cartons and must be in the same condition as when we shipped it (as determined by our inspection upon receipt). We cannot accept any products that have been used.
All returns must have a return goods authorization number issued by Torch Wear® in order for a refund to be given. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to our site. Exceptions to our 10 day return policy will be considered on a case by case basis.
Torch Wear® reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any returns where the packaging or the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped to the buyer.
Custom and special order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
